Breakfast:
Coffee, tea or just hot-water for your own tea bag. Along with bagels and cream cheese, fruit bread, bowls of fresh-cut fruit, water. 

Lunch:  
Small sandwiches all made on wheat bread: 

• Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham & Cheese. 

Finger roll sandwiches:

• Tuna, Chicken, Seafood, Egg Salad

All vegetarian wraps: 

• Pesto, Caesar salad, Greek salad

Salads:

• Crunchy veggie salad and lemon artichoke orzo salad
